Avatar Is Overrated Stamp

James Cameron's Avatar is nothing but pretty effects and nothing more.
The story and plot is extremely predictable. A typical good vs. bad scenario. Extremely overrated.
Everyone is just praising it after seeing the CGI and then stop giving a fuck about things like scenario that should be in any decent movie.

The characters:
Colonel Miles Quaritch: He's your typical badass U.S military officer with huge scars, he cuts oversized trees and doesn't give a fuck about anything except money._{(An original character indeed,right?)} He works for the MEGAEVILMININGCORP.INC© which wants to rape the planet Pandora's resources of
Unobtanium_(Wat).

Jake Sully: He's a poor cripple who comes to work for the evil corporation as a spy (or something) by reincarnating into a Na'vi. And then he FALLS IN LOVE WITH THE LOCALS, GET'S A GIRLFRIEND (because who would want to date that cripple in Earth anyway) AND DOESN'T WANT TO ASSOCIATE WITH THE GREEDY HYOOMANS ANYMOAR!!!!1111!!!!1_{(holy shit, now that was unexpected)}.

Add more characters if you want.

So the blue people stood up AND WENT TO AN EPIC BATTLE AGAINST HYOOMANS AND GREED!!1!!!11
And surprise, surprise the good guys win and Jake lives happily ever after with the na'vis while the humans were forced to go back to their skullfucked planet and make new plans how to nuke the blue faggots from space. Or maybe just conquer the Sun.

What have we learned? If a movie cost a fuckload of million dollars it doesn't mean it will be good. A descent movie has to have a plot and not only pretty effects. And greed is bad.
